Our externally accredited quality management system is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution in EDG Group’s core business areas, (i.e. areas which impact EDG Group’s ability to meet customer requirements).

Quality management ensures that EDG Group’s product or service is consistent. We do this by controlling quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement.

Quality management is focused not only on product and service quality, but also on the means with which to achieve it. Quality management, therefore, uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products to achieve more consistent quality.
